1. Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at support@wonderworld.com for assistance.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving the wrong or defective item).
